"Very nice hotel with easy access to downtown Burlington and Shelburne Museum. We were on a quick fun trip and were very pleased with the hotel which was quiet, clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and a good hot breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It could use a night light! We would definitely return. "

"Historic architecture and atmosphere combined with modern amenities. Beautifully preserved. Lovely views of Lake Champlain. Welcoming atmosphere with respect to guests privacy. Will definitely come back and highly recommend. The most comfortable bed in the Oscar Wilde Room, had best two nights sleep ever!"

"The lodge was located in very rural mountains area and the landscape was beautiful and scenic. The property was well kept however they need to consider upgrading their electrical system. The staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. While they conducted a subway and advised us of the situation in the area. Or needs to be said about the lack of food options or even a general store. But overall, we had a wonderful time in the area was absolutely beautiful."
