Didn’t receive check-in instructions until 1 hour before check-in despite many calls to properly management which had us very anxious & worried. Upon entering apartment there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher & towels in the washer. No TVs in bedrooms. There was a Mylar balloon that had tangled itself inside the ceiling fan which had to be cut out in order for ceiling fan to be used. We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 nights proved to be very frustrating. There was some type of vacuuming machine going on for hours and hours in the apartment above what seemed to be all night. Besides the vacuuming, there was also trampling/running/horseplay in the apartment above us until 2am on the first & second nights. After complaining, the noise was absent on the third night. They refunded the cleaning fees after our complaint of the condition of the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and has lots of potential, but is mismanaged, at least in the apartment we were staying in. I am a VRBO owner and know what I provide my renters & cleanliness is essential. The apartment was very nice but my wife and I could tell the lack of apparent housekeeping (dust accumulation, vacuuming, etc). I was going to rate it a 5 despite the uncleanliness, but the noise which kept us up until 2 am from the apartment above changed the rating to a 3 & probably with all factors included, especially this being a vacation with my family that should have been enjoyable-probably should be a 1.
