This upgraded, split-level home has a generous main room and open-concept kitchen that allows everyone in your group to make themselves comfortable. The windows throughout and bright, white furnishings give Lakefront Living property an open and airy feel. Beyond the living room, the large deck and patio areas provide plenty of seating and a perfect place to take in the sunset over the lake.

The space

Lakefront Living's sleeping quarters boast luxurious touches and soothing pops of color:
* Upper-level king suite with a spa-like ensuite bathroom and relaxing lake views.
* Two additional upper-level king bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.
* The lower area bunk features 6 twin beds (4 twins / 2 extra long twins) and accesses the hallway bathroom.

Extra sleeping arrangements include:
* Two extra-long twins are located in a private room; however, there is no door in the room to allow for egress.

* A fully stocked kitchen on the main level with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces.
* A fire pit with seating overlooking the lake.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is accessible for renters as a bonus space. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
