Just 4 mi to the US Whitewater Center, 2 mi to the Catawba River, 5 mi to Mountain Island Lake, 9 mi to the airport, and 11 mi to Uptown Charlotte, adventure awaits around every corner. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin bunk beds. This fully updated 3 BR / 2 bath Ranch home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, brand new appliances in the fully stocked kitchen, new LVP flooring, new fixtures, fresh paint and more. It's all new!

There is a 50" inch smart TV with Roku 4K in the living room, and all 3 bedrooms have 43" smart TV's with Roku.

In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to prepare and cook most meals, including a waffle maker and slow cooker. The home is always stocked with coffee (K-pods for the Keurig coffee maker), creamer, and English tea.

The dining area comfortably accomodates 4 guests at the table.

The garage accomodates one car and the driveway accomodates two more cars. No parking in the street or on the lawn.

***IMPORTANT regarding Parking:***
-NO PARKING ON THE LAWN.
-NO PARKING IN THE STREET.

**Vehicles must be parked either in the driveway or in the garage. Parking on the lawn or in the street may result in a fine, as both are HOA violations in the neighborhood.**

Uber or Lyft are great options and you're less than a 10 minute drive to I-485, which loops around the entire Greater Charlotte Metro! You are only 9 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Exterior security cameras present: We have two exterior mounted cameras including one doorbell camera and one camera in the back yard. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

*Please note that in the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.**

Nice stay

When we first pulled up my hubby is a stickler for grass to be cut and yard in good condition. Grass was high. Inside was very clean which is a huge PLUS! Had to message manager because the air would not go below 70 degrees and I stay hot so air is a MUST!! The manager came out right away and got this fixed. So very thankful for that. We stayed here because my son was graduating college so he would come over and visit. He parked in the yard because we were told per HOA cannot park in the street. With the yard in its condition we did not believe this would be an issue. We got a message HOA does not allow this so we had to go back to move the auto which was fine. I would think HOA would require the yard to be up to par as well. Just very minor stuff. The manager was very good at communicating. Definitely would book with EVERLONG again. Thank you Matthew for being so good to work with!!
