"I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was.
