"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."

"The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean."

"Easy access from interstate. Rooms are large and clean. Amenities such as microwave, frig, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board. Quiet location and staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and will stay here again."

"June 1, pool closed. I booked it based on there being a pool. There is a pool but it was closed. I would have booked something else had I known the pool was out of service. Everything seemed clean. Friendly staff."

"Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it."

"For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100."

"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."

"Front desk staff was very helpful. However the facility is really run down. I will not book again."

"I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The desk attendant was carrying on a personal conversation the entire time she was checking us and others in. She wasn't exactly rude but she was curt and and not very friendly. The room was the bare minimum, not even a phone book."

"The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing."
