This is a stylish 220m2 villa, fully equipped and able to accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms plus a mezzanine area with twin beds.The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped with every detail for a hassle-free stay.

On the first floor there are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a lovely mezzanine with twin beds and a wonderful park view balcony.

On the ground level there is one more double ensuite bedroom and an open plan kitchen, dining area and the living room with comfortable sofas and TV. Ground level offers an extra WC.

Our residence features excellent outdoor lawn space with relaxing sun loungers around the pool.

Our villa is located literally steps away from the blue flagged beaches of Agioi Apostoloi. Agioi Apostoloi is a waterfront village and it is famous for its naturally shaped coves.

The seaside front of the wider area is very well organized and provides a wide range of shops and services as well as a great variety of cafes, beach bars and restaurants. In the area you can also find ATMs, banks, pharmacies and many supermarkets. There is also a taxi service or regular bus services to the city of Chania.

Found only 4 km from the center of Chania, Agioi Apostoloi is known for its small protected park (located right next to the villa), for a summer beach volleyball competition, and as a favorite beach for winter swimmers. Agioi Apostoloi is located between the city of Chania to the east and the summer resorts of Agia Marina and Platanias to the west.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from Apr to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night.
