Country House 'Le Ranch Des Ours' with Private Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi

Located in Champsac, in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Natural Park, this 180 m² country house welcomes up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 180 cm bed that can be split into two 90 cm beds, and a bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a washbasin, and another bedroom offers four 90 cm single beds that can be combined into doubles. There are two separate toilets, one on each floor.



The mezzanine kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. All rooms have heating. You’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. Table football and board games are available. Families will appreciate the baby bed, high chair, and children’s toys and books.



Relax in the private garden and open terrace, with access to a fenced area featuring a private outdoor pool (11 x 5 m, 1.10 m deep), open from May 1st to September 30th depending on the weather. Garden furniture, a dining table, and a plancha grill are at your disposal. Next to the pool, there’s an outdoor play area with a ping-pong table, giant Connect Four, and badminton.



Parking is provided with 5 shared spaces on site. Events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included, with beds made on arrival. Bath towels are not provided. Cleaning is included in your stay.
