Woodridge 9051 features zero steps for easy access, is multi-level, offers

internet access, and is pet-friendly. This premier-rated unit accommodates

nine guests.



Upon entering, you'll find a living room with a flat-screen TV and a powder

room; please note the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. The

fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar seating three, and the dining

room seats six.



On the main level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, the master

bedroom features a king bed and a full bath, while the second bedroom offers a

queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a pyramid bunk. These rooms share a

second full bath. All bedrooms do not have TVs.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge offers complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. Enjoy the deck that features a gas grill, seating, and

beautiful wooded views.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
