Stoneridge B45A has twenty-eight steps leading in, is multi-level, offers

internet access, and is a pet-friendly unit. This standard-rated home sleeps

four. The entry level features a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully

functional kitchen, and a dining room that seats six. The entry-level bedroom

includes a queen bed and a full bath.



Upstairs, you'll find a loft bedroom offering a double bed and a second full

bath. Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages

community and is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting.

You can relax on the deck with a great view of the mountains, though gas grill

usage is not permitted.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.

All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball

courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome

to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
