This space leads directly to the patio, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors from the apartment. The dining area within the apartment is quite versatile. The table can accommodate up to six people, making it suitable for hosting dinner guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, featuring plenty of space for meal preparation, along with a microwave, an oven, and an espresso coffee machine. Sleeping arrangements in the apartment include a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cabin bunk room with two additional beds, and a sofa bed. This layout is ideal for families or small groups. Finally, the apartment includes a bathroom equipped with a washing machine/ tumble dryer and a shower. The White Pearl apartment is conveniently located in a peaceful area of the Chamonix Valley, and there’s no need for a car during your visit. It’s only a 3-minute walk from the main Chamonix Sud bus station, which connects you to the whole valley and all ski areas. The main street, full of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, shops, and ski/board/boot rental stores, is just a 6-minute walk away. Nearby, there’s the Aiguille du Midi lift, just 5 minutes away on foot. It takes you up to 3842m, offering great views of Mont Blanc and access to the well-known Vallee Blanche powder skiing descent. In short, the White Pearl apartment is ideally situated for everything Chamonix has to offer.
**What’s Included**
Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions. Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.
**Payment terms and Cancellation**
To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged. If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable. Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
