## Logement Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it's 42 m², including 31 m² of living space, has a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to four people. You'll be able to enjoy the mountains and all their activities. The apartment includes: - a room with a double bed; - two mountain corners with a single bed and a cot for children. - a fully equipped and functional kitchen; - a modern shower room; - a nice balcony with table and chairs; - and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: toaster, kettle, melting machine, oven, fridge, hair dryer, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located in the centre of Chamonix, overlooking the shopping and pedestrian street. Guests can enjoy the views of Brévent, Plan Praz and Flégère from the bedroom. It is close to all amenities and public transport, with a bus stop at the foot of the building. Montenvers Train Station is 15 minutes away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is 5 minutes away and the Brevent/ Plan Praz cable car is 10-15 minutes away on foot.
A washing machine with a washing machines and dryers, as well as integrated organic laundry, is located in the shopping arcade (no free of course). Parking upon availabilities on Recteur Payot Avenue, and a paid car park, Outa, is a 2-minute walk away.
The famous Shouka Café is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Rue des Moulins is a must for dining, offering a variety of choices, such as Joia by Pizzeria rue des Moulin (on reservation), Café des Aiguilles with excellent coffee and homemade pastries, the organic grocery with organic and vegetarian dishes, homemade cakes, fresh juices and good coffees, as well as Cool Cats, renowned for its best hot dogs in Chamonix.
For cheese, the Val d'Arly fruit cooperative is the perfect place. The House of Chamonix Guides and the Tourist Office are located on the Place de l'Eglise. In summer as in winter, there are many activities to enjoy nature, such as hiking, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing, rafting and hydrospeed on the Arve. There is also a magnificent acrobranche park in Les Gaillants, offering routes suitable for the youngest as well as for adventurers. Finally, for a moment of calm, you can enjoy the cinema, the swimming pool and the media library.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic city center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.

The host was very responsive and accommodating, check in and out was easy, the unit matched the listing and was in great shape, the pics didn’t show the sleeping spaces as well as they could have as they were actually more accommodating in person. The stairs are steep but expected. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Vor allem die Lage mitten in Chamonix ist toll :-)) Im Sommer ist die Wohnung wirklich ein Traum, im Winter kann ich es mir nicht ganz so gut vorstellen. Nachteil der Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist natürlich, die aufwendige Suche nach einem Parkplatz! Und ein ganz großer Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wlan gibt :-(

Lovely apartment, very clean and centrally located. However, I had significant issues with Hostnfly. I needed to make an adjustment to my booking. It took 3 weeks to reach them (tried on Expedia, Facebook, email and finally reached them by phone after several tries, being hung up on multiple times, and waiting on hold for a significant amount of time). I will never deal with Hostnfly again. Once we arrived though the place was nice. Only issues is the listing mentioned a pool which does not exist. It also listed a laundry machine which is not in the apartment (there is a laundromat in the building, that is not the same thing). And there is no wifi which is pretty standard these days so very surprising.

Great location, based just off the Main Street of shops, restaurants and cafes. A great little hub for us to come and go and a good car park nearby with only a short little walk up the pedestrianised street and the communication about how to access for the first time was excellent. Only thing we would have added is another plug socket for the kettle/toaster in the kitchen but this is very minor and having WiFi would have been a lovely bonus but understand why it’s not available. Would happily stay again.

Overall impression was a bit below expectation...The property photographs great, but doesn't function nearly as well. The heater provided is not enough to bring the apartment up to level of comfort, even when we closed off the bathroom, shower room, and entry way. The only place to plug in said heater, was in the kitchen where it was then in the way trying to do any kind of cooking. For my partner and I on a ski vacation, it was too small to try to relax, couldn't imagine having more people, we spend almost all of our time out in town/restaurants etc. as a result. Communication was fast with the local contact, whom we had to contact immediately because I was not sent check in instructions but did not find all questions were answered throughout our time there. Some of the more modern amenities such as the heated towel rack just didn't work. Unsure why the listing mentions a pool, there definitely isn't one, nor is there wifi should you be traveling without phone service like I was. Location is incredible for getting to Brevent ski slopes, the tram, or anywhere in downtown, which we enjoyed. Nice and close to the train and bus station as well was a good plus! Would note, this is the only time with any vacation rental I have been asked to pay a deposit fee through a 3rd party website, and that was after I paid more then I was not a fan of that.

Séjour en famille à Chamonix
Le logement est très bien situé (centre ville / proche des commerces et des restaurants). Il a été rénové en grande partie et est propre. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.Toutefois, nous avons dû nous chauffer avec un radiateur d’appoint tout le séjour. L’accès au deuxième coin nuit se fait par une échelle de meunier verticale. Il n’est pas adapté à un enfant en bas âge. De part sa configuration, il est aussi difficile d’utilisation par un adulte.La piscine visée dans l’annonce est une erreur. Il n’y en a pas dans l’immeuble. Attention il n’y a pas de tv, wifi et micro-ondes.
