The chalet measures approximately 220 m² with a large garden, a superb terrace, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

The chalet features a large garden, a terrace, and an outdoor sauna, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and panoramic mountain views.

🛋️ LIVING SPACE
The living room is located upstairs. Decorated in a mountain style, it includes a relaxation area with a television, a fireplace, an open kitchen with a dining area, and a veranda with a jacuzzi, all with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
The dining table can seat 10 people.

🧑🏽‍🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The chalet has a kitchen equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking: hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, etc.

The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided upon arrival.

All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: On the ground floor. Features a queen-size bed, storage space, a television, and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Features a bunk bed, a foosball table, and an arcade game, perfect for children.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Features a queen-size bed and storage space.
Bedroom 4: On the second floor. Features a queen-size bed and a desk.
Bedroom 5: Features a queen-size bed, storage space, and an en-suite shower room.

🛁 BATHROOM
The accommodation has 3 bathrooms. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).
Bathroom 1: Shower, sink, and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Bathtub and sink.
Bathroom 3: Shower, sink, and toilet.
A separate toilet is also located on the same level as the living room.

🎿 SKI / STORAGE AREA
A garage is located in front of the property, where you can store your bulky items such as skis or bikes.

🚘 PARKING
You can comfortably park 3 to 4 vehicles in front of the property. You also have access to a charging station for electric vehicles, which will incur additional charges depending on usage.

🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM
A laundry room is located on the ground floor, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a clothes horse, and an iron.

You have full access to the chalet during your stay. The garden is also private.

You can access the chalet on your own. But we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.

Property is located in a quiet area of Les Bossons but close to the center of Chamonix and close to plenty of walking trails. Also a few minutes drive from the ski lift. About 5 minutes drive to Chamonix center.

You will have to climb stairs in the property.
