Very quiet neighborhood, set back about twenty meters from the street, making it truly peaceful.

A Carrefour Contact is just across the street, and 500 meters away is a G20 supermarket and two bakeries. The city center is less than a 10-minute walk away.

You have access to an outdoor space with garden furniture.

PLEASE NOTE: The spiral staircase is narrow and not suitable for children aged 2 to 6. Elderly people don't like it either (but they love sleeping on the ground floor in the king-size 180x200 bed).
