"The hotel overall was great! The only miss was the food options. You have to drive a little while if you want to eat dinner at a restaurant. There are a lot of places around the main street its on, but they are mostly grab n go instead of sit down. The Pampa is in walking distance but the walk is elevated to get to it. Great place for relaxation, views, and some water activities."

"Personal muy servicial"

"We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great."

I would just train the wait staff a bit more we were waiting a long time to have our orders taken and than we wanted to order dessert but it toke too long. "Beautiful boutique hotel. Cool theme, and great staff. Very yummy breakfast as well. However, the rooms are just not functional. There was nowhere to put your luggage. There was a huge awkward wood, wobbly bench in the Secilia room that was totally unusable and was taking up a lot of room. No hair dryers. There was nowhere to hang your towels and the showers sprayed every which way but on your head. The cleaning service did not refresh the towels that were left on the floor from us cleaning up...

According to the locals hospitals are filled in that time. The hotels have no plan, do not fumigate, do not inform, do not do anything to avoid the number of moquitos in the room with that risk. "Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. "This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination....
