The main issue is that the location is not near anything and feels a bit remote. The grounds could use a little attention as well, but this is of lesser importance. "Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. "

"This place is a scam, I have stayed at better no-stat hotels than this. Price and quality must match, but I paid 170 £ for something worth less than 40. The guys that run it do try to, but they lave the skills, knowledge and basic competencies. Groundlevel restaurant windows are so dirty (those were their main attraction) floors were full of last weeks crums, drinks were hot and after my arm got stuck by the grime on the table I simply dropped breakfast as I did not want to risk food poisening....

"We stayed in Criccieth studio apartment and it was perfect. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space, great kitchen facilities to allow for self catering. Lovely buffet breakfast in the main hotel building. Great choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering Criccieth and has good parking."
