The only thing is it is not in town and is a bit out of the way. If you have a car it should be no problem because they have a parking area. "

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. "It's classified as a Hostal and the area where it is located gave us pause but once you step in the property is excellent. Nice spacious rooms with amenities. Breakfast is delivered the prior night which makes planning the early morning trips easy. Even though the area around the Hostal is a bit run down we never felt unsafe, based on that would recommend."

We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. "
