Located on the third floor, the apartment welcomes guests with a spacious entrance area leading to the different rooms of the home. The living area features a bright open-plan space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The layout is thoughtfully divided into a relaxing area with a comfortable sofa and TV, and a dining area, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The large French window fills the room with natural light and opens onto the private balcony, where guests can relax outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The sleeping area includes two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with large wardrobes to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. One of the bedrooms also features a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment is completed by a second bathroom with shower and a practical laundry area with washing machine, a particularly convenient feature for guests staying for longer periods.

The apartment’s location is ideal for discovering Lake Como and its surroundings. Just a few minutes away by car is the village of Tavernola, where guests can find the Bennet shopping centre for everyday needs and a charming boat pier, offering convenient connections by ferry to Como and some of the lake’s most picturesque destinations, such as Torno, Laglio, Argegno and Bellagio. The centre of Cernobbio, an elegant lakeside town on the shores of Lake Como, is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Here, guests can stroll through the historic centre, enjoy the atmosphere of the village, relax in lakeside cafés and taste local cuisine in the many restaurants. Como is also easily reachable, around a 10-minute drive away, with its charming historic centre, lakeside promenade, shops and main cultural attractions. The nearby Swiss border, reachable in approximately 3 minutes by car, makes the apartment a strategic base both for holidays and for exploring the area between Italy and Switzerland.

How to get here:

By car, from the A9 motorway, take the “Lago di Como” exit and continue along Via Asiago. By entering the address into your GPS, you will reach the apartment in approximately 3 minutes.

By train, from Como S. Giovanni railway station, take bus no. 6 from the S. Rocchetto stop and get off at “Maslianico - Cosio” (17 stops, approximately 20 minutes). Continue on foot for about 200 metres to reach the apartment.
