"The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I don’t get having a resort fee for a hotel. When asked it was explained that it covered breakfast, parking, and some other incidentals. My problem with this is that the hotel description said “free breakfast and free parking.” This amount should have just been included in the total cost and take off the “free.” Also, the floor in our room was mighty dirty. When walking across it, my feet were black (right out of the shower)."

"Feet sticking to bathroom floor, the only way to get water bottles was from a machine that would not work, breakfast was a joke- nothing refreshed, trash overflowing, cheap styrofoam coffee cups, out of milk, syrup, butter etc. Not a single employee overseeing breakfast area. Guests were going to the door of kitchen trying to find someone to help and it was deserted.
