The Space:

This private suite at The Peak at Centralia Square features a comfortable bed, a full private bathroom, and a clean, functional layout designed for an easy stay. The space combines historic elements with modern updates, creating a simple and inviting environment.



The suite also includes a separate bedroom with a king bed, as well as a living room with a pull-out sofa, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The two areas are separated by French doors, offering both privacy and flexibility.



The bathroom includes a soaking tub (no shower), offering a more relaxed, bath-focused experience.



It’s a great option for guests who enjoy a slower, more relaxed stay or don’t mind a tub-only setup.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a keyless entry code prior to arrival for easy self check-in. Access is available through the building’s main entrance during the day, or through the elevator entrance connected to the parking lot, which allows direct entry into the building 24/7.



Guests have full access to their private suite and bathroom.

Downtown Centralia is very walkable, with shops, dining, and local attractions just steps away. For longer trips, a car is recommended. The property is conveniently located near I-5, making it easy to travel to nearby cities. Amtrak service is also available from the Centralia station.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this is a historic building, so some normal city or building noise may be heard. Our ballroom may host events, particularly on weekends, with possible noise until 11 PM. This is a self-service property with no on-site staff. We ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours and other guests during their stay.
