"The b&b is located in a trashy area which feels absolutely unsafe.
The staff, although nice, don’t speak English!
The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly.
The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night!
And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings ! "
"Great un assumed hotel, great friendly and helpful staff, that’s a breath of fresh air to the inconsistent service common in São Paulo. Rooms are large, a bit on the old side but well maintained. Room service lacks variety and restaurant staff did not speak English (what’s with that being an international hotel!?)
The staff will have me coming back over and over!"
"We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good."
