The staff, although nice, don’t speak English!
The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly.
The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night!
And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings ! "
"We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good."
"A equipe de funcionários precisa aprender a sorrir mais em todo tempo de trabalho, sem necessidade de serem falsos, mas com alegria genuína já que escolheram esse local para gastar o seu dia! Os 2 vigias, Márcio e Anderson foram excelentes, indo além para servir hóspedes PCD.
O quarto estava em ordem. A TV não estava preparada para hóspedes com dificuldade de TI, ar condicionado complicado para o clima frio de São Paulo no fim de semana prolongado.
