"Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location in the historic court district makes exploring the city easy and the hotel with its staff is great. I had an amazing room with great interior, the staff both at reception, restaurant and bar were not only very polite in a sincere matter they were also extremely competent. So far the best hotel experience in America, thanks Lynchburg"
"If you’re looking for a hotel in the Short Pump area, you can’t go wrong with this choice! The hotel was clean, with an upgraded, modern lobby and well-maintained rooms. The staff were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating.

I asked a different front counter person what the “Fairfield guarantee“ was. Even though it is a sign at the main...
"Very convenient location. Extremely pleasant staff. Decent breakfast, compared to other hotels of this type. It appears as if a lot of the rooms have been recently renovated."
