"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was respectful, but I’m giving it 3 stars because of its check-in and check-out policy. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, which is reasonable on its own, but the hotel charges a full 24-hour daily rate. Given that guests have access to the room for significantly less than 24 hours, I feel the pricing and room-access policy could be better aligned.

"I booked a room according to the pictures and with a queen size bed. Our bed was NOT a queen it was a double bed. I know what size a queen bed is, I sleep in one every night at home and I have a double bed in our guest room. The floor had big bubbles in it, like air pockets under the laminate.
