"Greeted warmly. Phil told us all about the interesting property history. Darlene is an excellent cook. They made feel as if we were part of the family in a very good way. We would be happy to stay there with out a doubt."

Answers to my questions where “yep” very hurried although no one else was there The only other negative was the waitress at the cafe. Ran out of water, ran out of drinks. Very curt and seemed to not really like what she was doing. Other than those two negatives all was very good Dealers were very friendly "

"The room was large and beautifully furnished. The ac wasn't blowing directly on the bed. Also, the breakfast was a step above! The downfall was the shower was tiny and lame. They need a new shower head. However, we very much enjoyed our visit."

"This hotel was perfect for us while visiting family in the Rio Rancho area. Very nice, clean, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel without knowing much and it was a great pick. After we were out here and saw many of the other properties in the area that we had seen in Expedia we were so happy with selecting the Hilton. It is by far the best hotel of its class in the area. "The room and the bed were super nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue wthe the roll in shower though. After showering we noticed a LOT of water on the bathroom floor that we had to clean up to make it safe for us. I think there should be better shower curtains or doors as well as different drainage to keep the rest of the bathroom dry and safe. The shampoo and the bodywash was also empty, so I dont think that it was looked at properly when it was serviced befor we...
