"Very rarely do I give a review but this time I think it's important. It's a new, nice and clean hotel with great rooms. Not one word of English spoken at the reception desk! The hotel was under renovation and first we were offered a room with no window and renovation in the hallway just outside the room. Went to the reception to ask for another room, since we have booked a room with cityview. We were given another bigger and better room with a view, but to the indoor mall and no cityview....

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was great for accessing Chapultepec Park and nearby museums, and very easy to get a taxi or Uber to the Centro and other areas we wanted to visit. Above all the staff were GREAT! So helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a last-minute tour to Teotihuacan for the next day when we asked about options- we left for dinner and when we came back, they had one booked for us. Breakfasts were great too!"
