It's a new, nice and clean hotel with great rooms.
Not one word of English spoken at the reception desk!
The hotel was under renovation and first we were offered a room with no window and renovation in the hallway just outside the room. Went to the reception to ask for another room, since we have booked a room with cityview. We were given another bigger and better room with a view, but to the indoor mall and no cityview....
