"This hotel is our favorite when visiting Ames. The location is ideal. The staff is friendly and always been helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The restaurant and bar are very convenient if you don't want to leave the property to seek out food/drinks. We have not used the amenities such as weight room, pool, etc. so I can't speak to that."
"This is my 2nd time staying here for the Boone Super Nationals. We stay for a whole week and it's super convenient. We have never had any issues while staying here. I will say this year the breakfast changed. Didn't have as much as was out last year and you had to make sure to come out early because they don't keep up with the warm selections. But overall a great place to stay!"
"We had three different rooms. First room smelled strongly of smoke, second room dead bolt didn’t work. All three rooms dirty with bathtub stains rust on the shower rods and towel rods. Mirrors filthy, windows moldy, and bible stuck to the side table."
