"The rooms were fine and we appreciated the daily towels and beds made and trash removal. The breakfast was all microwaved and not good and not restocked. I was thankful for sugar free syrup. I appreciated the coffee available all day. Elevators needed a deep clean but even a basic sweep would have helped. Gross. Worn furniture everywhere. They seem to not be reinvesting back into the property."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Red Lion Inn and Suites in Urbana, Illinois, feeling appreciated that we chose to stay there. For us having the option of a room with a sliding glass door that opens onto a grassy area with trees and a picnic table was nice. We liked being able to open the room up and have fresh air.
The grout in the tiled bathroom was clean which takes effort. The shower was adjustable to 2 different heights. We had never seen that before and felt it would be helpful if...

"An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay."
