"Interesting cave hotel style. Amenities definitely needs a bit more maintenance work. Deniz from the Breakfast cafe was an angel, helpful, warm and such a sweet person! Really appreciate his thoughtfulness!"
"It was okay. Not the best.
it was not clean. The toilet, jacuzzi and the bed was really dirty. There was hair on the bed and in the jacuzzi.
There was hairs on the towels too.
The breakfast was old. Its better to eat breakfast outside the hotel.
If you want a hotel with good location and with a view of the balloons, then this is the hotel. But everything else was bad. The staff was super nice. "

Un checkin un peu compliqué, nous avions prévenu de notre retard et il a fallut négocier pour avoir un plat à manger.
Aucuns bonjour ou merci, le personnel vous invite même à aller manger ailleurs que dans l’hôtel.
Point positif, la piscine est un plus"
