"Pre disappointed w the room; walls had a lot of scuffs, stains on the carpet, tears in the curtains. After the cleaning, empty toilet rolls (which weren’t empty when we left the room) were left in the sink; don’t mind if staff used the bathroom but clean up after yourselves? Food tray from room service was left outside of door (as per request of every hotel I’ve ever stayed at) and the tray was still there 36hrs after we finished eating. "This suited us well. We had 2 little dogs and needed a pet friendly place. The room was thoughtfully presented with a bed, water bowl in consideration of our pet. The place was very clean and fresh."
