"We arrived late which we had advised. There was no light outside and the heating was not on - pitch dark and freezing cold. The light in the small bedroom and the corridor was not working. The office was closed, no one answered the phone nor the mails I sent. The fan at the toilet was as noisy as a helicopter, as was the aircon/heating."
"Our apartment had a lovely outlook over the river. It was near the ‘new’ bridge but was very quiet, very clean & well appointed.
The bed was comfortable & bathroom pristine.
It was close to shops & restaurants which were an easy walk along the waterfront or through the back of the hotel to a mall nearby for supplies.
Our car is high so we couldn’t use the underground parking but there was ample parking available at the back of the hotel."
