"Our group of three absolutely love this hotel experience in so many ways. We love the friendly staff when we checked in, the suite was wonderful with a view of the Ohio river and a very comfortable spacious floor plan and the dreamy bedding. The spacious kitchen table and chairs, plus sofa & chairs in living area made socializing fun. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future and I would highly recommend it to others."

"The beds were ok, but i pd. For 2 queen beds and got 2 full size. There was a big hole in the carpeting and their was no phone in the room. When we asked for one the hirl was on her cell phone and didn’t even look up. She just said, ill put in a maintenance order tomorrow. Well we were leaving in the morning. I was very dossapointed on the condition of the room. "

"The hotel is an older building but very clean and well maintained. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that is very well maintained. You have to ask the front desk staff to open the locked door. The staff checks your ID and verfies your reservation before opening the door. I did not care for this inconvenience. "
