"The staff was very helpful and friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean and the street noise barely discernible. The bed sank in in the middle however. The mattress definitely needs replacing (511). The only other thing I disliked was that someone started vacuuming at about 6 AM in the floors above us! "We reserved this hotel after refusing to sty in our previous booking due to the filthy nature of the hotel and room. This hotel had a very pleasant staff, it was clean, the rooms amenities were all very nice. Our only complaints were the noise from the highway and the bed was hard. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave before it started."
