"Tons of charm and great character. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa downstairs is really wonderful and the sauna was like new and got nice and hot. Much needed after a hard day of hiking. The bar and restaurant were good and the outdoor patio with heaters was great for unwinding and watching the sunset and mountains. Best of all was the staff. "We stayed in the Beacon loft and it was beautiful! Loved the bathroom and comfy bed. It is right above a bar, so if you are very sensitive to sound maybe skip this one on the weekend. We loved how it was right on the main street next to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Staff forgot to pick us up from the airport despite booking weeks in advance with confirmation. We waited about 20 minutes in the heat and were the only ones left at the airport.
Front desk is not the most professional and not the best at communication.
