"The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. "Listen, we didn't expect 5 stars across the board for the price. This place is a motel in an area of town that is well past it's prime.
The wifi is slower than DIAL UP. The TV didn't work and the shower water pressure was drip, drip drip.
