"We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived."

"The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away."

"Terrible stay, first they gave me someone else’s room and someone tried to get in while I was already in the room. This was quickly fixed. The faucet in the shower was leaking and made loud noise, I asked them to fix it no one ever came by to fix it within the 4 days stay. Overall room is outdated as well as the bathroom."

"The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price. The staff while Pleasant was a little inexperienced and dealing with problem solving. The toilets in the common areas were overflowing not sure why. The room was nice the bed comfortable, but the price was high. The Marriott always offers a comfortable stay, but this was the first time I feel like I paid more than what...

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait.

"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."
