About this space
Charming 1890 built 2-story red brick house with 2 bed/2 full bath. Both rooms upstairs are each furnished with a queen bed and a full bed allowing for 8 sleeping guests. We have a newly remodeled equipped kitchen and a coffee bar for caffeine enthusiasts. The dining room is at the center of the house and has a bar-height table for entertaining 6 people. The living room has 2 leather sofas with plenty of seating to watch local TV and your personal account streaming services on the 52” smart TV.
The space
Our house has two entrances. The main entrance is on Church Street and has 3 steps to the front door. The side access door is through the grass from the front door and has 5 low steps to the door. Guests will be given a key code to access both doors.

The main floor entrance has an all-seasons room with a coat rack to hang items and store shoes if you choose. Passing through the all-seasons room, you enter the central dining room. The dining area has the living room on one side and the kitchen on the other. From the kitchen there is a small foyer for the side entrance and off of the foyer is the main floor full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

From the dining room, there are stairs that lead to the second floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a loft area, and a full bathroom with a bathtub shower combination. Also in the dining room, there is a door to the basement. We keep it latched, but we ask guests not to go into the basement for safety reasons.

The loft area has a dedicated workspace that can be used as a desk or a place to get ready with hair and makeup.

Outside, behind the house, is a patio with a fire pit.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as described. We ask guests not to go into the basement for safety reasons.
Other things to note
Both keypad access doors auto-lock after 60 seconds for safety.
