The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but it’s ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Can’t wait to stay here again. "

Pool on the roof over looking the city was great. Overall a wonderful stay. 30min walk to broadway or a $6 uber ride. Definitely will visit again. Love Nashville. "

"The stay was great. My husband said the breakfast buffet was very good. Only problem was check in. The whole parking situation was confusing and awkward. I will say some staff members are definitely on their game more than others. Next time I will use valet parking. Overall would recommend this for a fun experience in Nashville. "

When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed was…wow. It was very comfortable. "We were on a girls' trip in Nashville to see "Dolly: A True Original Musical," of course, we needed to stay at a hotel that featured Dolly Parton! We brought our Dolly PJs and even went to the lobby in them, where we had fun pictures made by other people staying there. Coldplay was also playing that night, so the hotel was full of fun people going to both events! It was a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"I wasn’t a fan of sharing the parking area with an apartment complex, and the associated charge to go with it. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and my room had a fantastic view. Dining room was a little pricey, but excellent cuisine. I may not be able to stay in great places often, so I did appreciate the great room"

"Room was not good - very humid. The window had throughout my stay water drops rolling down the window (not sure how healthy that is)
I as delayed and could not reach my flight connection - but still had to pay for the hotel the first night although I could not use it - but maybe this is more due to hotels.com and their strict policies."
