"Great property. Clean and updated. The only thing was the band playing all evening that was loud and making it hard to sleep. And the walls have ears. You could hear everything in the next room and in the hallways. Other than that, beautiful hotel and property. Would stay there again with a room facing the other way from the restaurant so we don't hear the music all night:)"

"Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that."

"The room was very clean. Included a microwave a small refrigerator, AC or heat. The bathroom had a blow dryer a large counter top bright lighting and good water pressure. There was a large TV with lots of channels a small table with couple chairs. There was an area to hang your clothes or wet towels. A large dresser too. It was quiet, although the middle of May, so not quite the busy time of year here in New Hampshire. Would definitely use the Newport Motel again :)"

"I stayed here the weekend of 9/22/23. The property looked as pictured. It was clean and suited my family of 3. It is not handicap accessible since there is a step outside the entrance, as well as 4 or 5 steps inside to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The only issue in the bathroom was that the toilet rocked a little, so that definitely needs to be taken care of. Beds were comfortable, but need much better pillows. I was glad I brought one of my pillows, but 2 others in my family didn't and...
