"This is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again"

The staff is absolutely phenomenal and the social room was a fun place to play games and do puzzles etc. Overall it was very charming and I would definitely stay there again. "What should we say other than this little boutique treasure is the greatest! The staff is so responsive and responsive to every request. We had a sudden problem in our room and the staff moved us to an even larger room! The breakfast is standard French fare but fresh and tasty as a buffet. Ample public parking is steps away, and we were no more than 5 minutes from the promenade, the walled fortress, shopping, and the very best restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!!!!!"

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."

The only thing is that the room could use a few more hooks and hangers to put your clothes especially if you are there for more than 3 nights. We were living out of our suitcase. Overall a 10/10"
