House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent. Guest access During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect. – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – Regarding extra guests: 14 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children. Bringing more than 14 guests can result in extra charges/fines from local code enforcement ranging from $500-$1500. Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify us before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Our cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 9PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers. Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
