After a day of lake fun, the whole family can gather in the living area as the group's chef whips up something tasty in the full kitchen boasting a gas range and all necessary appliances. On summer evenings, step out to the deck and enjoy a relaxing time taking in the surrounding views. When days come to a close, there will be no lack of entertainment, as the free WiFi and TV in the living area will make for the perfect combination for a movie night or catching a ballgame.

Though this will feel like your own private cabin tucked in the woods in all the best ways, endless activities await you mere minutes from your front door. Make the short one-mile drive down the street for a bite to eat. Even more fun can be found at Lake Arrowhead Village, where you can easily access the lake, pop into local shops, or hop on the trail that winds along the shore. Santa's Village offers mountain biking, dining, and great activities for kids, big and small.

This home, like many in the mountains, does not feature air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
