"Let’s just say that this QT hotel is by far not my favourite QT hotel.. slightly dated and dirty with visible stains on the carpets and curtains.. plus other shortcomings such as missing vanity sets and loafers which is a given at all other 5 star hotels. On the plus side the hotels buffet restaurant serves beautiful food. However all in all service really needs improvement. It’s not enough just to be young and “good looking”."

"We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott. Beautiful property - the hotel is clean and well maintained. Incredible service from all staff - they were all helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was great and so was the a-la-carte menu. The kids loved the two pools. The salt-water pool has live fish and the kids can play on the sand. Lots of little nooks to relax by the pool and order food / drinks. Would definitely stay at the JW Marriott GC again! "

"Itwo nights as i was attending a wedding on the Gold coast. As it claimed to be 4 stars in my booking it was a far cry from it. I had booked a standard room, this is Facing a rather busy Road and even though i Got moved from my first room at the 5tj floor to the 19th floor there was a lot of noice from the Road. The sheet was dirty and bathroom the switch was broken in two. If your over 1,75cm tall i reackon you Will also have a hard time to fit under the shower. The pool is Nice but other than...
