The holiday apartment 'Podere Nuti - 1 "La Regola"' is located in Cecina and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. The 50 m² property on the first floor features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. A cot is also available. Outside, you have an exclusive covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The shared outdoor area offers a pool (open from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00), garden, barbecue, and playground.



The holiday home is about 1.5 hours from Florence and Siena, 50 minutes from Volterra, and 45 minutes from Pisa International Airport. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Security cameras are installed only at the house entrance; footage is deleted after 24 hours. Cameras cover the garden and street, not the apartment. Adult guests receive a complimentary tasting of two wines and a 10% discount on purchases at the owners’ winery, Podere la Regola, in Alta Grada SP 68.
