Villa Il Fico – Cavriglia: Relax in the Heart of Chianti

Villa Il Fico is located in Cavriglia, nestled among the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, a region renowned for its wine, cuisine, and stunning landscapes. The villa is just minutes from top wineries where you can enjoy wine and food tastings. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach some of Tuscany’s most beautiful cities, including Florence, Arezzo, and Siena. The Bellosguardo botanical garden and sports center are a short walk away.



The villa is set on one level and spans about 180 sqm, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It features two spacious double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, each fully equipped with all essential amenities. The large living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, and the spacious kitchen is fitted with a marble table that seats up to 10 people.



Outside, an elegant covered patio is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Two private gardens are available: a large one facing the patio, equipped with a barbecue and sun loungers, and another on the opposite side of the house. The property offers ample private parking for several cars.
