"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

"Can highly recommend pool, ambience, reception, courtesy of staff. Breakfast needs a little updating to be in line with dinner standard. However I would return despite the enjoyable but pricey evening meal."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We eat dinner at the hotelâs restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. A wonderful selection of cheeses and lots of coffee. We would recommend this hotel, 5 stars!!"

"A basic but comfortable hotel in a small and very quiet town. There are very few affordable restaurants, so one of the two nights, we couldn't get any dinner, as the hotel restaurant was closed, and the other one was fully booked, even though we came 2 minutes after they opened. So, we had to drive to a neighbouring town to have anything to eat. But otherwise it was very relaxing, and the hotel was quiet and calm. "

Meget lydt men rent. Da restauranten er lukket ofte vil der vÊre godt med the og kaffe mulighed pÄ vÊrelserne. Sengen var meget fin."
