Mina 4 is a large three-room apartment and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the second floor and access is only permitted via the use of the stairs. The two double bedrooms are minimal in furnishings, comfortable and welcoming. The large living area equipped with every comfort offers the possibility of using the two single armchairs/beds transforming the relaxation area into a sleeping area. The dining area, despite being part of the living area, is well insulated and next to the kitchen. The small furnished terrace is an added value for those who want to have lunch/dinner outdoors. The bathroom is equipped with every comfort including a shower cubicle and a washing machine.
The services included include:
complete supply for the kitchen, Rekiko coffee machine with welcome kit, unlimited use washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, Smart TV in the living room. Available for information during your stay from 7am to 8pm. At the time of booking you are given the opportunity to request extra services including air conditioning, midweek cleaning service, linen rental and parking space.  Bicycles at the Hotel Oltremar in Via A.
