Bright apartment with garden and pool in a residential district in the north of Catania. The apartment spreads on the ground floor of a house and is surrounded by a garden with table and chairs where guests can relax. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a single sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, a fireplace and an open kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area features a bedroom with modern furnishings characterized by large windows overlooking the garden and illuminating the environment, complete with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.The highlight of the house are the exteriors:in addition to the exclusive garden, guests will benefit from a beautiful shared pool surrounded by greenery complete with beach umbrella and sun beds.Free wifi, air conditioning, heat pump, washing machine and iron will be available in the accommodation.*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. *The shared swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October.
