"Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. "

"We booked the villa with private swimming pool - it was fantastic! they are huge with a big swimming pool, super nicely decorated and with great privacy.
But the rest of the resort is a bit strange - there are part of the resort totally abandoned- 3 huge building totally empty.
Also the policy in the villa is too much : forbidden to take drinks or food to the villa if not huge fee !! Why having a big dining table for 8 people , a microwave and 3 small fridges in the villa ? It doesn’t make...
