"It's a modern hotel with modern rooms and a friendly front desk staff. The negatives are that there is no chair or table or luggage rack in the rooms, and the breakfast was a very small set meal, by far the smallest breakfast among eight hotels that we've stayed in while in Vietnam."
"Overall experience was fine. It’s a massive hotel with 3 separate hotel buildings. Very crowded, even though this was off season.
The restaurants were okay.
The staff in the reception were very helpful!

"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

"Vi (2 voksne og 2 børn) havde et rigtigt fint ophold på hotellet.
Hele vejen igennem har vi fået god behandling og perfekt service af Jennie fra hotellet, som har hjulpet med alt fra transport til og fra, bådture og scooterleje.
Vores værelse var lidt til den lille side, men ellers ikke det store og klage over.
Senge var lidt for hård til min smag, men blev løst med ekstra dyner under lagen.
Eneste lille anke, er morgenmaden,
som ikke er det bedste.
